Orders & Payments

A 60% advance payment is required to confirm all orders.

The remaining 40% balance must be paid before delivery or collection.

Payments from outside Ghana must be made via approved international channels. Customers are responsible for any transfer or conversion fees.

Production Time

Standard production takes up to 7 business days from the date we receive advance payment.

Express service may be available at an additional charge, depending on the complexity of the design.

Pricing & Materials

Jewelry is priced primarily by weight (per gram) based on international market rates.

Extra charges may apply for stone setting, engraving, or custom finishes.

Customers may provide their own gold, silver, or materials. In such cases, workmanship is charged separately, and Zule Jewelry is not liable for defects or issues with customer-supplied materials.

Layaway Plan

Items can be placed on layaway (installment plan).

Final prices may adjust in line with international market fluctuations.

Layaway should be completed within 6 months and must not exceed 12 months.

Any layaway order not completed within 12 months is void, and payments may be forfeited.

Delivery & Ownership

Ownership of jewelry passes to the customer only after full payment is made.

Local deliveries within Accra can be arranged. International orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any restrictions in their country.

We are not responsible for courier delays or customs clearance issues.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Orders cancelled before production starts may be refunded in full or in part (case by case).

Completed or delivered jewelry is non-refundable, except in special circumstances.

Exchanges may be allowed within 7 days of purchase, only if agreed upon before the sale.

Repairs, resizing, and modifications are available at a cost.

International customers must cover all shipping costs for returns, repairs, or exchanges.

Quality & Defects

All jewelry is carefully inspected before delivery.

Claims of defects after purchase are not accepted unless it can be shown the defect existed at delivery.

At our discretion, we may repair or replace defective items on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

All jewelry designs, website content, product images, and branding belong to Zule Jewelry.

Copying, reselling, or unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Liability

Zule Jewelry is not liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

Fluctuations in global gold/silver prices.

Misuse, negligence, or customer mishandling of jewelry.

In all cases, our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

International customers agree that any disputes will be resolved in Accra, Ghana, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
